Written on: 2.08.2009 Time: 12:49:00 PM What have you been up to this week? As I have told you, guys, I was off to Mindoro to participate at the 6th National Science Quest. The people were very warm. They sure know how to be hospitable, with all those presentations, courteous ushers and usherettes, disciplined drivers. Everyone was very nice to us. It seems like the people from Mindoro got loads of kindness in their pockets.     I was afraid to travel because we can't ride an airplane and so we had to settle for a ferry, I think. As we stepped inside the boat, I thought I was going to get seasick. It made me dizzy at first. After a while though, I didn't feel dizzy anymore. I guess my mind has set my body to get used to it for a while. It was an hour ride from Batangas to Calapan.  Arriving there, some people welcomed us very warmly. We first checked-in at our hotel since we can't bear sleeping at our assigned billeting quarter. LOL! Since my father has an office there, his staff assisted him and us, indirectly, during our stay in Calapan. It was hot during our first day. The rays of the sun were killing us. But during our stay there, the sun didn't show up and rain was pouring, although not heavily. The schedule of the different events seemed nice at first. But then, as they would call it, "Filipino time" was implemented. Waiting was not much of a fun activity. Our contest was messed up. We didn't had the chance to go to Congress because it was cancelled due to lack of time.   Sad thing, though. We didn't had the chance to visit the different tourist spots of Mindoro since we really got a little occupied during the contest. After all the contests and whatsoevers, we went back to Manila and stayed in our house. When we were in Manila, we went to Star City and SM Mall of Asia. It was fun being in Manila. Then a realization dawned upon each four of us, five actually to include our classmate we saw in MoA. Just a few more months and each one of us will be going to college. We will miss moments like those we had. We even dreamed of doing the same thing, meeting up, strolling and catching up with each other when we go to college.    Oops! One last story. I had an encounter with the world's 2nd tallest man. That's right! I saw him in Star City. He was really tall! Seriously. his pants were even taller than me. I actually pity him. He doesn't look happy all the time. He's sick, right? I'm including this man in my prayers. Hope you will, too. P.S. I'm sorry if my stories are messed up. I have just arrived. LOL! :P ♥Sara

Whenever I’m feeling it and there's internet connection, I blog. There are a lot of things I blog about. The things I watch, the vacations I go on to and my digital creations. I'm a big Miley Cyrus fan so you might see entries about her and her songs here. I love watching Heroes. I am interested in pop culture. I am a junior BS Life Sciences major at the Ateneo de Manila University. Someday, I can see myself as a successful cardiologist. I love travelling and USA, Greece and the Philippines are the three countries that I would like to take a tour in. Photography is just one of the things I do for fun and I'm not really serious about it. My love for being behind the camera is just as much as I love being in front of it. I have a lot of dreams and I will do everything just to reach them. I have many fears, too. One weird thing about me is that I am afraid of baby dolls. There are also a lot of things I adore. I love shoes, chocolate, pink, books, show business and a lot more. I can say that I'm an above average student. I like Science, Computer and most especially English. I don't hate Math but I just don't like it as much as I like the other three subjects I have stated. I was born and raised in Pangasinan. Although it is a province, I am proud of being there. There are a lot of advantages, you know. I don't have a big clique with my high school friends. Actually, it has always been just me and my best friend. We just happen to be really friendly. Haha! We go with girls who have their own cliques but we sure get along. I prefer chilling out in one of my friends' houses than going to the mall. I love watching movies be it animated, drama, comedy or romance. I'm not picky when it comes to food. I eat a lot of things. This explains my current body built.
