Written on: 10.27.2009 Time: 11:15:00 PM Here is a list of the things I am going to blog about in the coming days: 1.) BEAUTY - Beauty is the name of our black SUV and I am soooo stoked that it's finally back! We had to leave it in the carshop for intensive repair and now... ~drumroll~ IT'S CURRENTLY PARKED IN OUR GARAGE!!! :D 2.) HOME - I actually consider Mega Manila as my home now but still, a part of me will never forget that I came from Pangasinan. On the 29th our family will pay a visit and I will finally get to see my high school friends. I miss them so much. The last time I saw them was last March and it has been hard for me to live and go to school without them... 3.) SCHOOL - I will be enlisting through the internet on the 30th and I am excited to see what will my PE course be. It's definitely out of my hands right now because I'm part of the 3rd batch unlike before when I was part of the 1st... :| 4.) PLANTS VS ZOMBIES - ??? :D 5.) THE LAST SONG BY NICHOLAS SPARKS - I am currently reading this book and I have to make a review on this one because so far I am really enjoying it. I'm not even on the middle part of the book and yet it has put me into tears already... :") SO... JUST WAIT FOR THEM, OKAY? ♥Sara

You really want to know the real reason why I love Glee? Before you say anything, I know that you're thinking, "Oh, here we go again. Another one of those entries that repeat the extremely hilarious lines of Sue Sylvester or one that says how much Finn and Rachel and Emma and Will should start hooking up..." You're wrong. Those may be good enough reasons but they are far from the true reason why I just love to watch Glee. Here's a video I made from some of the last few scenes in Episode 7. Glee has heart. It is very rare that you can find heart in a TV series nowadays. I love Gossip Girl, really. But the sexual content of Gossip Girl overpowers the real message they want to convey. I am not comparing it to Glee in any way. I am just trying to state how TV shows are starting to concentrate more in bodily desires than what the heart really needs in these times of tragedy. Moving on, Glee never claimed that they can be watched by kids of all ages without PG. Sure! It has scenes like Rachel on top of Puck or Finn's hand lurking inside the skirt of Quinn. The thing is, what leaves a mark on other people's hearts are the scenes like the one on the video. It makes me realize how trust and friendship is important for one to survive. I may unintentionally take for granted the company of my friends but when I finished watching this episode, it occurred to me how much appreciation I should give to my 'friends' - that includes family for me. Rachel may done it to nourish her thing for Finn but having to sacrifice her dignity makes her a great friend even to Quinn. It takes a lot of courage to do that. ...and Finn, I just like how he held hands with both Rachel and Quinn because it shows how much he starts to value both of them. About Quinn, I know many would hate her especially now that she still makes Finn believe that it's his child but you can see on the video how troubled she is. We may see how terrible her doings are but we never really now how she feels about it. It's hard to do the right thing but it's harder to do things right. Who knows what it's like to be her at home, in school? We never really know that's why we have to understand her. This episode made me tear up. After seeing such, I knew exactly why I should watch Glee. ♥Sara

Grades are now released. You can check them online using your AISIS accounts. Oh well, checking grades online is quite entertaining. LOL. So yeah, I checked my grades and I'm happy enough to get three A's but then Math kind of ruins everything because I realized that getting one letter grade higher in Math can actually change my life. So how's that? I FEEL STUPID. Anyway, as the saying goes, "Tomorrow is another day." I guess I just have to step my game up next semester! ...and no, I'm not going for another hiatus this coming semester. CHEERS! :) ♥Sara
Written on: 10.23.2009 Time: 11:36:00 AM Never ever give up on your dreams. Believe in them, someday you will find yourself living them. One of the many reasons that make me love Glee is the fact that I can relate to Rachel Berry (as portrayed by Lea Michele). I may not have the same vocal chops that she has, I can say that I am just as determined as she is. She has a dream and she wants it to come true no matter how big they are. I find it funny though, it's not just plain and simple about the dreams and all that. We have a lot more in common. Rachel and I have the same laptop. It was shown on the first episode. She used her laptop to upload a MySpace video of herself singing. It's a pink VAIO CS. I can tell by listening to the sound of the keys while she was pressing them. Rachel and I have the same energetic vibe. I was never the one to take pills like "Vitamin D" - If you watch the show you would know. Although I am a little more of a snooze button person, I can say we're alike in the way we open our eyes in the morning. Haha! I know, it's silly. Rachel and I talk alike. We talk fast, we talk sensibly and we talk using words that are yet to be understood after 5 seconds of processing in the brain. So now you see what I mean? We both are a little arrogant but that's just because we are trying to be more acceptable to people by showing them how confident we are. I was never the one to be splashed with a "Slushee" on the face but just like Rachel, it's not everybody that I please. Rachel and I are very much competitive. It's a big and wild world out there. I believe that it has always been man's instinct to survive. In order for me to keep myself and my talents from perishing I have t0 compete with others. It's a healthy competition anyway. It nourishes my talents and as well as the others. Rachel and I could sometimes assume leadership. I just don't want to embarrass myself. People expect a lot from me, I know it. I can feel the pressure every time I am about to do something. I just want to prove myself. Rachel and I love to wear skirts. Although I'm not really crazy for her wardrobe, I still think she has a good taste for fashion. I like her skirts and I think her clothes are smart and classy. I just don't think I can pull off the socks, you know. Rachel and I dreams big. I admire her a lot on how she is dedicated to her passion. She really wants things to happen because she knows she can. I believe I am a step behind on this but I am willing to do the same things she does just to get my dreams to come true. I want to be special. I want to make I name. I want to be famous. I want to be loved. I want these because I know I can, just like Rachel.LOL. Okay, so by now you might think I am a little thick-skinned but please, this is my blog. Kidding aside, I just feel like one of the many reasons I like watching the show - Btw, this has been the first time I downloaded all the episodes just so I can watch them over and over again. - is that because I easily identify with the characters, with Rachel at the most. It's hard really, finding yourself but it helps to watch shows where you can see yourself in most of the characters. It makes you understand yourself even more. ♥Sara
Written on: 10.20.2009 Time: 8:51:00 AM Since sembreak is officially on, I have all the time in the world to do whatever I want! So how has it been so far, you may ask. Well, it has been so-so. Nothing really special has happened already but I know something will! :) Anyway, here's a list of the things that has been occupying me for almost a week now. You might say I'm not feeling any nationalism here and I beg to disagree. I get my dose of balut once in a while and watch PBB every chance I have. It's just that these shows are amazing! They seem to hit me like it was written exactly for me. (Okay, so I know that remark was a little thick-skinned... but still!) First one is, Glee! :) ![]() Why do I love Glee? Let me count the ways... First, I relate to Rachel. Well, she may be a little extreme but I can see myself in her. Just like her, I always wanted to make a name for myself. Although not everyone is pleased to see me, I always try hard to make it to the top. I may not have strong vocal chops as her but I have my own talents to share, too. Second, I like the fact that Will has this passion in him and that he is struggling with it. He is at loss on whether he should pursue it or start facing the harshness of reality that he is too old for it. I think he should pursue, right? No one's too old to live their dream... or in this case relive the dream. And by the way, he's hot when he grooves! :) I also like the chemistry between Rachel and Finn. Although Finn isn't really that cute for me, I tend to get giddy giddy and pink when they have scenes together especially that auditorium kiss. It was a scene I wanted to watch over and over again. Not that I like kissing scenes, it's just that I like them to kiss. (I don't watch kissing scenes btw. LOL!) This Mercedes girl and that Kurt guy are driving me nuts! I love the feisty Mercedes! She knows she's more than backup, which is good by the way, and she should be given more light. Also the fashion-consciousness of Kurt is so entertaining. I just love his one-liners like the Marc Jacobs stuff. HAHA! Totally made me laugh. Next one is 90210, Season 2. Season 1 wasn't that of a buzz to many, even to me I must say but it was good enough to keep me watching. Season 2 is very different, ladies and gentlemen. It was something more. I just can't help but love... ![]() Adriana and Silver's new hairstyles. They should have cut/styled their hair last season the way they style it now. I have short hair, something shoulder-length and seeing them both made me confused on what hairstyle I should opt for. Silver's was just so chic and polished which I think matches the clothes she wear and it really speaks for her. Ade was like OMG she does look like a star. I can imagine her walking or strutting her stuff on the red carpet with that luscious hair. AMAZING! hating Teddy. Well, he may have abs but I really don't like him! I think he looks old and too common. Also, I don't like him for ruining Ade and Navid's relationship even though I think Ade is responsible for this. Just... Watch it, okay? LIAM! Yeah. He is so cool that I find him hot and he is so smart, too! Recording Jen. HAHA! But he's so dumb when it comes to love. I mean, why in the earth will you throw away the only thing that can reconcile you and your girlfriend! I really think he needs more confidence. But I got to say, there has to be drama... Lastly, Gossip Girl Season 3. I'm not a big fan and all but still.... I mean, seriously... It's Gossip Girl! ![]() **I have a lot more in mind about addictions but I think this post has gone too long. ♥Sara
Written on: 10.16.2009 Time: 8:08:00 PM Alpha and Omega - The beginning and the end..? I'm not really sure about that and besides there are so many things in this world that no one is really sure about. Sometimes, they turn to be just so disappointing that we would not want to get up and try again. But there would also be times that they end up being fun and pleasant as well. One of the many things I am not really so sure about before was going to the Ateneo. If you have read in my blog before, I was having doubts on going there for college. But then, I would like to share this note I scribbled down before which made it occur to me that I made the right decision. 7:48 AM - August 24, 2009 You might think it was a little too late for me to feel at home some two months after the first day of classes but think again. The feeling of belonging to a certain community is very different from the feeling of having them as your family. My Atenean friends have been very accommodating and accepting for the past months of staying here. They helped me adjust even though they were also adjusting and also they made me feel free to experiment on my search for my own true identity. College, oh college. College has been very, very interesting. I have so many stories to share and I partly regret that I took a break from blogging because those stories were very much worth sharing when my emotions were at their freshest. So far, college has been the best experience I have been having so far. So, how has college been? Well, it has been fun! It was as if you have all the time in the world. It makes you a better at multitasking - if you know what I mean - and be whoever you are! Although having a fragmented identity does not sound well at first, college made me feel its thrills. Also, college taught me how to deal with so many people who really do not care about what you do and how you act and people who have nothing to care about but what you do and how you act. College has a lot to offer just yet and I will take a break from school and try to brace myself for the challenges the following months has to offer. DISCLAIMER: Sorry if my grammar and composition is bad. I just started blogging and I am still trying to get the hang of it. Thank you! :) ♥Sara

the blogger Name: Mary Sara Gremille Gender: Female Sign: Virgo Location: Cainta, Rizal Hello! I love writing so I put up this blog. I don't write on a regular basis. Whenever I’m feeling it and there's internet connection, I blog. There are a lot of things I blog about. The things I watch, the vacations I go on to and my digital creations. I'm a big Miley Cyrus fan so you might see entries about her and her songs here. I love watching Heroes. I am interested in pop culture. I am a junior BS Life Sciences major at the Ateneo de Manila University. Someday, I can see myself as a successful cardiologist. I love travelling and USA, Greece and the Philippines are the three countries that I would like to take a tour in. Photography is just one of the things I do for fun and I'm not really serious about it. My love for being behind the camera is just as much as I love being in front of it. I have a lot of dreams and I will do everything just to reach them. I have many fears, too. One weird thing about me is that I am afraid of baby dolls. There are also a lot of things I adore. I love shoes, chocolate, pink, books, show business and a lot more. I can say that I'm an above average student. I like Science, Computer and most especially English. I don't hate Math but I just don't like it as much as I like the other three subjects I have stated. I was born and raised in Pangasinan. Although it is a province, I am proud of being there. There are a lot of advantages, you know. I don't have a big clique with my high school friends. Actually, it has always been just me and my best friend. We just happen to be really friendly. Haha! We go with girls who have their own cliques but we sure get along. I prefer chilling out in one of my friends' houses than going to the mall. I love watching movies be it animated, drama, comedy or romance. I'm not picky when it comes to food. I eat a lot of things. This explains my current body built. Alright, now you are oriented with who I am. Just keep on reading my posts for you to know me even more. ;) the tweets |
